The Heart
The heart is the new, portable 64 channels amplifier, which allows to reach performances that in the past where proper of top level reaseach systems only, sich a highly detailed sampling rate, for a supreme time resolution. The system ca also be connected to another 64 chnnels amplifier, to obtain a flexible, yet compact 128 channels system that the patient can wear.
A true 16 bits AD conversion grants a top level amplitude resolution, while the fiber optics connection to PC better isolate from disturbances, allowing the system to be also used in demanding environments. The Impedance Check is also available directly on Headbox without losing space, thanks to the proprietary solution of LEDs integrated in the standard safety plug connectors. This advanced solution will help user to easily visualize the poor impedance electrodes.
The amplifier is also designed to keep ot's value and power in time; new developments sich as Internal Data Storage Memory , Battery Power Supply and a Single Cable connection between headbox and pc are currently under evaluation.
The Mind
The new amplifier can be easily integrated in the Galileo Software enviroment, as well as all the other amplifiers of the Brain Explorer line, for a complete flexibility. Your lab can expand it's capabilities to also include high level investigations keeping the same database, the sa,e software features and the same commands used on routine equipments. The Medical Solution
All the applications where many channels are required for more detailed investigations can be now addressed by the new modular solution, having just one flexible and powerful system that can account for:
- Pre-surgical Epilepsy LTM evaluations;
- Evolked Potentials recordings for Medium and Long latency AEP, Visual and Somato EP;
- Event Related Potential Stimulations and Recordings for Cognitive research activity;
In addiction , a cost effective option, is now available to split a 128 channel system into two 64 channel unit, using the modular concept of the system: two patients will thus be recorded with just one amplifier, without losing the simplicity of one amp per one bed!
