TYROTHERAPY - LOWER BODY

The growing consensus across the international rehabilitation community is to optimise recovery a higher-dose of therapy makes it more likely for patients to reach their full potential.

Patients often have big goals but typically only make a small amount of progress which can be difficult for patients to see or feel. With Tyromotion devicess accurate assessments, even the smallest of progress becomes visible to the patient which significantly increases motivation. The therapeutic games distract patients from their limitations, keeps them motivated and encourages more repetitions which helps to facilitate a higher-dose therapy. Patients are increasingly seeking out clinics who offer the Tyrosolution.

Rehabilitation facilities are increasingly adding technology to their clinics and Tyromotion is unique in that is offers a complete solution for intensive neurological rehabilitation, suitable for all stages of rehabilitation. Tyromotion devices allows therapists to treat patients more intensively with high repetitions of movement whilst making the whole rehabilitation process more motivating and rewarding. When therapists ask which patient can I use this device with, we say "all of them!"

LEXO® pushes the boundaries of robotic gait training.

Tyromotion's end-effector robotic gait training system allows active training and encourages the patient’s self activity. The innovative transfer options maximises therapy time and increase the utilisation rate.

With its high adaptability LEXO® can be adjusted precisely and used for a wide range of patients. Its compact design and low height makes LEXO® also easy to integrate in any therapy room.

Maximum number of steps and intensity, active walking, easy handling and fast set up time:

OMEGO ROBOTIC GAIT THERAPY

For early mobilisation, strength training and cardiorespiratory exercises.

OMEGO is a neurological rehabilitation device for patients with impaired functions of lower limbs and gait disorders.

The OMEGO fills the gap between cycle and locomotion and provides applications for all pre-gait therapy conditions. It enables uni and bilateral leg training with various functions such as symmetry detection, leg press, stepper, cycling, rhythmic stimulation, exteroception and dorsi-plantarflexion training. Pre-gait therapy is the specific rehabilitation of one particular or multiple preconditions which are necessary for normal physiological gait patterns.

OMEGO provides applications for all pre-gait therapy conditions:

  • Locomotion
  • Musculosceletal Integrity
  • Neuro-Cognitive Control
  • Stability and Muscular Strength

TYMO – The therapy board

TYMO is a sensor-based rehabilitation device for static and dynamic assessment- and therapy applications. The appealingly slim, wireless design offers a plethora of therapy options: be it the improvement of balance and postural control, or active use of force and support activities of the upper extremities, with TYMO the therapist’s creativity knows no limits. Even the preset starting positions (support, sitting, standing) can be freely expanded.

TYMO is suitable for the therapy of neurological and orthopedic patients of all ages.

Static and dynamic evaluation- and therapy applications

With TYMO a variety of therapies can be executed standing, sitting and supporting. The respective assessment allow a complete progress control and documentation of force- and weight distribution. TYMO is not just a static sensor plate; with specifically fitted rolling elements, the TYMO becomes movable, which makes it possible to assess and treat balance problems. Thus, the individual needs and deficits of each patient can be addressed.

ThPABLO

A modern assessment and therapy device for the rehabilitation of patients with impaired motor functions. It supports upper and lower limbs as well as body and head applications.

PABLO can be used on neurological, orthopeadic, peadiatric and geriatric patients with deficits in movement and force control, accuracy, aiming, coordination, trunk control and balance.

The PABLO  motion sensors connect wirelessly via Bluetooth. PABLO provides an interactive movement with audiovisual feedback based on the cross-system software TYROS.  Even small movement or force improvements become visible. This motivates the patient and results from each rehabilitation session are integrated in the database and therapy report.
