Fesia Walk is the latest and most advanced Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) device on the market today. F esia Walk is a gait neurorehabilitation device based on scientific evidence for people who live with drop foot as a result of :

Fesia Walk generates surface electrical stimulation of the posterior tibial and perineal nerves to trigger plantar and dorsiflexion in the corresponding gait phases. The main feature of Fesia Walk is its multi-field electrode which allows better selectivity of movement and shorter set-up times since it can automate the search for an optimal configuration.

Fesia Walk covers both the tibial and peroneal nerves, allowing configuration of dorsiflexion, plantar flexion, eversion, and inversion. The high selectivity allows Fesia  Walk to be used with a wide range of patients.

Using a multi-pad electrode, Fesia Walk produces a more selective activation of desired muscles. This means Fesia products have a better functional performance and muscle fatigue is reduced.
The automated algorithm uses a sensor network feedback as a reference for automatic calibration
Fesia Walk applications enables the therapist to configure and use the desired program depending on the patient’s stage of rehabilitation, from acute phase protocols to advance gait configuration normal gait mode.
The Fesia Walk system is light and small.  The total absence of cables, makes the device wearable under any garment
