Fesia Walk
Fesia Walk is the latest and most advanced Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) device on the market today. F esia Walk is a gait neurorehabilitation device based on scientific evidence for people who live with drop foot as a result of :
- Stroke (CVA)
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury
- Cerebral Palsy (CP)
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Other Neurological Conditions
Fesia Walk generates surface electrical stimulation of the posterior tibial and perineal nerves to trigger plantar and dorsiflexion in the corresponding gait phases. The main feature of Fesia Walk is its multi-field electrode which allows better selectivity of movement and shorter set-up times since it can automate the search for an optimal configuration.

Fesia Walk covers both the tibial and peroneal nerves, allowing configuration of dorsiflexion, plantar flexion, eversion, and inversion. The high selectivity allows Fesia Walk to be used with a wide range of patients.
- Specific therapeutic protocols for different stages (acute, subacute and chronic)
- Universal garment for either right or left leg
- Only FES device to stimulate both plantar and dorsiflexion
- No clinicians kit required for therapists
- Controlled by an app from the Google store - no separate hand controller is required
- Setting and starting time set to the minimum
- Estimates gait patterns
- Improves patient monitoring
- Generates patients activity reports
- Enables the rehabilitation progress to continue at home
- Innovation and technology available for patients
- Enhanced autonomy
- Improvement of quality of life
- Easy-to-use system
- Induces neuroplasticity
- Decreases the probability of falling, safer gait patterns
